DataSync and VNC reach agreement on exclusive DataSync Suite distribution rights in Europe and Middle East.

SIOUX FALLS, SD – BAAR, SWITZERLAND October 20, 2009 – DataSync, a leading provider of integrated small business software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, has reached agreement with Virtual Network Consult GmbH (VNC), that provides VNC exclusive distribution rights of DataSync Suite® in Europe and the Middle East.

DataSync is the developer of DataSync SuiteTM, a small business software platform that integrates core business applications including SugarCRM® Pro (sales/customer service), Zimbra® (mail/calendaring), Quickbooks® (accounting), and Drupal® (website management) into a software-as-a-service web portal. DataSync Suite provides a single user sign-on, data syncing between applications, and a user administration console, all at a cost-effective cloud-based service.

DataSync and VNC will immediately begin to jointly market DataSync Suite, while leveraging each other’s expertise in their respective marketplaces.
